1 Dec 2021	Discussion forum (GoogleGroups) opens among participant teams and organizers
22 Apr 2022	Release of unlabelled test set
22 Apr 2022	Lab registration closes
11 May 2022	Deadline (extended) for submitting participant teams’ runs
13 May 2022	Release of evaluation results to all participant teams
27 May 2022	Participant teams submit papers for CLEF 2022 Working Notes (optional)
13 Jun 2022	A/R notification for the above papers
1 Jul 2022	Camera-ready copies of accepted papers delivered by authors
22 Jul 2022	CLEF 2022 Working Notes preview for checking by authors and lab organizers
7 Sep 2022	LeQua sessions @ CLEF 2022 in Bologna

The authors of the more deserving papers of LeQua 2022 will be encouraged to prepare an extended version of their paper and submit it to the CLEF 2023 conference for possible presentation at the main conference and publication in the CLEF 2023 Proceedings, to be published by Springer Verlag. These papers will undergo the usual review process for the conference and will be accepted/rejected on the basis of their quality only.
